I booked an online ticket from Red Bus - Pune , for 29th October 2011 for Rs. 2500/-.
But due to some reason, I got it cancelled on 27th Oct 2011.Ans they assured me that I will refund my money back after deducting 250 rupees as cancellation charge.
They said that a cash coupon Id will be mailed to you, by which you can again book new ticket within 6 months.

Now, it is 8th November, but I didnt recieve any mails from Red Bus team .
I tried to call them but every time, they said that they will send me a mail.
Now I want my money back, so I mailed to thier email - ID -Support@redbus.in to give my money back through cheque or cash.

This is pathetic and I would not suggest anyone to book ticket from red bus.

So I request you to go through all the details and once again. Let me know where was the problem at an early date.
