This complaint is related to DTC green line bus service. The Green Line buses with route nos. 433 & 47 are not available in the internal core of Okhla Ind. Area- PhaseII. These buses are observed moving straight from Kalka depot redlight instead of turning left to the inside of Okhla Ind. Area- PhaseII. In the past, the DTC yellow line buses have been covering the routes same as the Blue line buses. More than 200 employees serving various factories and organisations are suffering due to non-availability of Green Line buses in Block A to Block Z of Okhla Ind. Area- PhaseII. It is requested that the matter be looked into at the earliest to give relief to the said employees and to earn revenue from them.

On 6 Sept 2010 at about 2000 hrs I was waiting for DTC bus route no 419 at pushpa bhawan.
but till 2120 hrs no 419 no bus AC/non AC were run on the route ultimately my self & all pasangers waiting for bus were travelled by other means. Similary on 10 sept 2010 at old Delhi no 419 was available
from 1530 hrs to 1700 hrs. Most of the time It is happoned on this route that for a time interval of 1-2 hrs no 419
bus run on the route while on the same time 4 to 5 buses are run at a time in a line in this route. It create a
great trouble to the passengers specially to those who have to pick trains from railway station.

It is therefore requested that concerned staff at Ambedkar Nagar Terminal may please be instructed to operate
these buses at the given time interval.

I was traveling on Route No. 879 DTC low floor green bus (Bus No.DL 1P C 8430 Ashok Leyland) on 14-09-2010 evening. The bus was going towards Shahabad Diary. Around 8.30 PM the bus reached in Sardar Chowk stop in Rohini (North Delhi). I intimated the bus driver to stop the bus in my next stop. The Driver was not only stop the bus but he used abusive words against me. That bloody driver was asking me: "theri baap ne banaya yaham pe stop!". Really I got surprised to here this kind of words from a DTC bus driver. Since all buses are stopping there, why this bloody driver refused to stop?. Therefore, I kindly request your goodness to look into the matter and take immediate necessary action against him.

i lived in Durga Puri Chalk and work shalimar bagh i wrote a letter for starting a route no. 235 buses but now days this bus will not come in time hours for this we had to face a lot of problem my office time is 10 to 5 o clock but i reached office 10.30 to 10.45. this is only bus who suit me. i humbly request you to please take action in this matter discold to driver that he will come bus at in morning 8.30 and in evening 5.15. thanks.

the bus conductor today misbehaved with ladies. And asked the driver not to open the door of the at the bus-stop. Even he asked to stop the bus at anywhere he wants whether stop is there or not. some necessary action should be taken against the conductor.

This is the happening of 11 Feb, 2011(Friday) when I was going back from my office to home at 8:30 pm, I was riding my bike at parallel road to Tughlakabad Fort when a DTC Greenline Bus : Route No.511 (Bus No.DL1P C 8248) honked me from behind as I could not see the bus because the mirror of my bike was lose, I thought it was a car, I took myself aside a little but it was kept honking, by the time I took myself aside completely it took 30 seconds, then the driver of the bus tried to hit me with the side of the bus by driving it wavy and rashly with the full speed of the bus, and I managed to protect myself somehow and had a literally razor-sharp escaped at that time.
Few kilometers ahead when the bus stoped at the red light, I asked the driver, why did you do this?, he behaved very very rudely and said "MAI TEREKO JAB HORN DE RAHA THA TO TOONE RASTA KYON NAHI DIYA".
I am asking, is there any law if the DTC drivers if they will not get a way to drive the bus ahead then they have authority to kill the innocent people.

IT IS SIMPLY A ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASE .

At last, can I hope A strict action to be taken to this particular Driver or I should go to the higher most authority where I can get the Justice?

On the route no. 242 nehru place to noida sec 62,,a sardar driver drives bus ruthlessely on 10 march at 4.20-5.20,,
1.After taking shortcut from highway behind akshardham and leaving normal route and without taking running savaries behind the bus sardar ji is in hurry and drives so fast.
2. sardar ji is in hurry to just complete his round of nehru place to noida.
3. On the bridge behind akshar dham temple sardar ji overtakes 2 bikers by blowing horn fom the egde of them,,while sitting in the bus i can feel there fear .definetly.

from last 1o days passenger going to sarai kale khan, nehru place or mehraulietc from anand vihar side covering i.p. extn,chandra vihar, mandawali, west vinod nagar have been missing regular greenline bus service in busy morning hours. Even redline bus are also overcrowded.route no 534 is one of the most profitable route for DTC , It is surprising that hasanpur depot buses have also been withdrawn from this route in April 2011.

getting entrym from mangalam bus stand onwards is most horrible.many office growing ladies and gents have been suffering a lot'

I m telling my experience about the green line bus service which i face almost daily. As of today's incident that i waited for 45 mins on stand for the route no. 544 (badarpur to r. k. puram sec-1 route). Its really pathetic that green line buses are giving this kind of service, waiting of 45 mins is too long for a single bus. I hope that you will see to this problem and do something for it.

Its alsmost my daily routine that i have to wait for this bus upto 30 to 45 mins on stand to get this green line bus. A single bus in 45 mins is this service DTC providing for the public. Other buses frequency from badarpur is good, they are coming in 5 mins and 544 is coming in 45 mins. Its really irritating, do something for this.

Sir !! i want to complaint about DTC drivers of green line and AC bus of madhu vihar to karampura route no.778 . There was no bus srevice in the morning between 7:00 am to 7:30 am we were getting late for school and disturbed with this first they do not come if bychance the bus came they do not stop >>>and i m not sure about the the bus no i think its DL 4PC 7795. Sir a special trip was provided by dtc authority scindhia house on route no 129 at 7.50 am from Jhingola village to rly stn. but we are sorry to say that this trip was not provided for the commuters of route no 129 commuters besides this in the evening a trip was proided at 7.30 pm from rly stn on route no 129 this trip also not functioning the concerned staff on route no 129 take the bus from rly stn before schedule time i.e. 7.30 pm from rly stn. with the result the passenger of this route facing great difficulties to reach their destination x it is therefore requested pl give necessary to restore dtc bus servicce on route no 129 at 7.50 am and adjust in shuttle service and a trip at 8.20 may be put in the school duty i.e. bakhtawar pur girls school x thanks and regards

At one point Anna our leader is struggling to remove corruption, but here we have new and innovative ways of corruption setting in.

Now a days the conductors of the buses on Delhi roads be it DTC or new private ones, they will never have change available with them, especially of Rs. 5. As soon as you give them any amount they will ask for Rs 5, if you do not have it, they will ask you to wait. If they feel like the conductors would mention at the back of ticket as due or else just tell verbally that would give Rs. 5 whenever they have it. If you ask him for Rs. 5 he would answer rudely that what are you crying over Rs. 5. If it was so important you should have carried it. And then even if you keep standing he may take out Rs. 5 from somewhere and hand it over to some passenger of his choice.

While struggling with the crowd not to be pick pocketed, and to stand safe, the passenger would reach his destination. Even after trying he would not get his Rs 5 back. He is lucky if he gets it.

These Rs 5 of all the passengers would remain with the conductor and ultimately at the end of the day he would have made a good money for which no one is accountable and would all go to his pocket.

Why does not bus service providers be it DTC or any other give change along with the tickets to the bus conductors when they start in the morning. Even when a businessman open his shop he even keeps change to return to the people. Why cannot the bus service providers keep change to help return the passengers hard earned money?

Why is the conductor not being monitored over the black money that he is earning?

How would the passenger not feel cheated every time when he is not returned his hard earned money. The amount for which he could have bought himself tea, sweets, biscuits.

Will the passenger with whom it happens not feel that when conductors are doing it this way, what is wrong if they even do not buy tickets. As they are even unsure that the remaining ticket amount they will not be returned.

Sir the bus driver of 479 badarpur could not stop the bus on the bus stop, i think that they thought the students can' t give money to the ticket , but sir some students have there own dtc pass. By this my tution also left .

On 3rd september,2011 i was taking a right turn on a T point towards Maharani Bagh.The bus driver did not wait or stop till i cross completely and hit my activa from behind and when i ask him why he did't wait, he ran away the bus with shouting abusive words for me.It was low floor green line bus of route 534(going towards nehru place).This is not the first time when a DTC bus driver hit me.DTC bus drivers are really careless drivers. They drive very rough. PLEASEEEEEEEEEE take an action against them.
