I was standing on Faiz Road DTC bus stand a low floor green bus arrived of rout num. 918 (BUS NUM:- DL1PC-6211) on 10-10-2011 morning. The bus was going towards Dr.Ambedkar Stadium (Delhi Gate) at 10.30 AM the bus reached in Faiz road stop in Karol Bagh (Central Delhi). I immediately showed my hand to the bus driver to stop the bus at my stop.The Driver was not only stop the bus but he used abusive words against me. I said to that bloody Conductor to tell the driver to stop the bus but then he replied that "ISKI CHABI DRIVER KE PASS HAI MEIN KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTA" and at that time I was going to my office for which I got late due to that conductor. Therefore, I kindly request your goodness to look into the matter and take immediate necessary action against him and reply me about them on my number.

I tried to book 2 tickets from makemytrip.com on 5th september but money was debited from my account yet booking or e tickect was not generated. i have got the transactin ref no NR251185763204 and NR251295784736.
I even call 2-3 times to make my trip office but till date i do not get my money back.

This is Pankaj Mehta , I Requested that Last Saturday (8/Oct/2011) Time Near 2:30 To 2:50 I was Coming from Vikas Puri and I Stand On Bus Stop & One DTC Low Floor Bus Came And I Gave One Indication to Bus driver For stoping Bus Because I want To Go Home but he didn't Stop The bus .I was requested More that 10 times that Please Open The Door ,Please Open The Door But There is no response after that I came on main Gate of dtc bus and told to Bus driver that please open the door but Again he didn't response after that I knocked very forcely on Dtc Gate and dtc Gate glasses break

And after that Dtc bus driver stop the bus and caught me and and they force me that u just sit in bus and after that they beat me around 15 minute To 20 minute at that time someone call on Police PCR through mobile by dialing 100 and after 10 minute police PCR came and few police officers have came and ask me what happen and I told him to all situation very deeply and they told me come on Police station (paschim vihar) With Bus and when I reached in police station then At the time of discussion Bus Conductor And Driver Told Me You Will Have To Pay Rs 6500 (Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) For That Damage Because we have to Deposite That Money In Bus depot .After The Discussion they told me

U just give me Rs 3000( Three Thousand only) and my Mamaji CAme and gave him to RS 3000
BUt they Didn't give me any deposite slip

I M requesting that please take Some Strict action On Bus Driver & conductor Because They Beat Me very Dangerously and using Absuing Language To Me and after taking any Legal Action Please Informed me I m Giving You My Information

I would like draw your kind attention the less service of DTC green line buses.I am talking about 254 bus service in the morning time and in the evenving we are facing the same probelm morning at 8 to 9 and eveving at 6:30 to 7:30. No bus available on red line is coming. we are not able to pay the convence of red line bus. we are request to Dtc dept. to do the needful for the above specified problem.Because after closed of pvt buses we are facing so many problem.If you took this decision to stop all pvt buses the please provide as much we required.

I would like draw your kind attention the less service of DTC from Laxminagar to Mandi House from 6.00AM to 6.30 AM. Because of which so many students have to face and have to hire auto for attending their coaching. Because coaching timings are form 6.30 am. So please look in to the matter. n make suitable arrangements. So that the students not to get suffered from poor DTc service..

This is to bring into your notice that Bus route no. 392 (DhaulaKuan - Noida Sec 62 - DhaulaKuan) does not follow the timetable. The drivers ply the buses after a private bus. once a private bus starts then just behind the private bus 4-5 DTC buses run simultaneously. The passengers keep on waiting for more than 1/2 hour to get a DTC bus. There are no DTC buses for more than 1/2 hour interval and when they come they come in group of 4-5 buses at a time.
It has been also noticed many times that the DTC drivers taking bribe to ply the buses after the private bus.
All the passengers are facing problems. Could you please look into the matter

i would like to draw your attention to an unfortunate incident that happened today putting many lives at risk. I was travelling in DTC Bus Route No. 469 (Orange Private Cluster Service), I noticed that the bus driver was totally negligent in execution of his dutierectservice. The bus registration No. is DL 1PC 3883. Following are the complaints:
1.Rash and dangerous driving.
2.Excessive Honking.
3.Not stopping in Designated bus stops.
4.Stopping in the middle of a busy stretch.
5.jumping redlight (Govindpuri) and Batra.
6. Crossing the zebra line when in red light.
7. Overspeeding and racing with fellow buses.
This happened around 5pm in the evening. I regret to point out all these infractions.
