Subject: Tag no 08060229468

Dear Sir,

We recharged our above mentioned Tag through DGExpress site using Amex Card on 22.09.10, request no 20429 & Approval Receipt no 10092344624. Till now, our Tag has not been charged.

When we contacted customer care no, Mr. Rohit instructed us to contact Amex to get Authorization Code. We strongly object because we are providing the Receipt No., then why we should contact Amex. Mr Rohit refused to do anything in this regard further.

Already in the past, our Tag 08060261834, dated 25.08.10, request no 19962, although Amex Charged from us but DGExpress did not credit in our A/c. We got Authorization code from Amex and gave it DGExpress people and after continuous follow up for more than 15 days, it was updated on 23rd, Sept. only

This has become a regular hassle. We requested them to correct system and update our Tag

SINCE WE ARE GIVING THE RECEIPT NUMBER, WHY SHOULD WE CONTACT AMEX FOR AUTHORISATION CODE. THIS PROBLEM IS CREATED BY DGEXPRESS AND THEY SHOULD SOLVE IT AND STOP HARRASING THE PEOPLE.
