this is P. Bharath kumar from hyderabad. I booked a ticket from hyderabad to ongole dated(12/4/2011) with ticket numbered 19003452 from APSRTC advance booking counter before one month(14/3/2011). But at the time of boarding the bus i found that some other person also got the same seat because of some issues in ticketing.

I have to compromise on my ticket and asked for Depot Manager to arrange another seat in another bus. They given a seat but after a hour journey bus. I lost most of my time and suffered from lot of mental tension. I want a compensation from APSRTC.
