Greetings of the day!!!!
I am residing in Rohini sector- 16 from last three four years. Currently i have joined in a office which is located at gurgaon. I was happy as i was getting direct bus from Rohini Sector 16 to gurgaon. But from last week the buses are not comming they have stopped the services without any Notice. when inquired the information which i have got is that all the DTC buses are now being used in Schools. I realy don't understand how these GOVT department people are taking decision. More than 100 of people are daily doing there up an down from GGN to Rohini. This is totaly inhuman behaviour atleast they have to provide 2 to 3 buses on this route.
Kindly take some action and please help us by doing such an tourcher.Please restart the DTC bus route services in morning from Rohini to Gurgaon. We will be always thankfull to you.

I am living at chander nagar near by krishna nagar there are so problem to passenger's who travell on the route on karol bagh to shahdara because there are no dtc or private buses on the route of 350 or 352

I have to inform you that your buses service is very bad. The Green DTC is not wroking properly for public.
It does not stop at the bus stand. And the Drivers does drive own wish. Jis stand per man kiya rok diya nahi to nahi. aur adhi public ko chadhate hai bus mai aur get close hone k baad chahe insaan kitna rokta rahe nahi ruki bus. so aap inko instruct kijiye ki apna kaam thik dhang se kare chahe public ho ya na ho stand aane per bus rukegi hi rukegi. aur 611 ka jo joute tha wo ab ring rode kar diya hai aur isska route change karne se public bahut confuse hai kai 611 ring road jati hai to kai kamal cinema se muhammad pur aur 711 ki to koi service nahi hai aur 623 ki means south x se mauhammad pur aur R.K. puram jane ki kam service hai 20 min. stand per wait karna padta hai tab jakar 1 bus aati hai aur wo bhi A/C. jaha public k Rs. 20 Lagte the office up & down karne k ab 30 lagte hai. I hope ki aap meri is vinati sunege aur decision uthane ka kasth karenge.

Your Low Floor Buses are goods and we have good exp. with DTC Low floor buses, but for some Driver/Cond. who is not working properly made it bad exp for Delhi Public. I am daily passenger on Route No.182A that is running between Sukhbir nagar to ISBT. There is just one bus which comes on time at 9.00 he is sincere and punctual driver, but other never comes on time and mostly they turn bus before the main stop (sukhbir nagar and whenever they will come the immediately turn and doesn't stop bus and want to run as soon as possible and in this situation conductor unable to complete bus (making all tickets of passenger) ) on 1st stop or Main stop and may sen. citizen face problem to take tickets.

I hope you will must take any action as soon as possible in this regards.

i am resident of sonia vihar at route no-258. Service of this bus is so weak mainly in evening&morning that people face difficulties in catching the office&returning home on time. We can attach the sign of many people. You can even verify the problems facing by people.
So, i request you to increase the buses&no of rounds too, for this we will be grateful to you.

I am resident of Arawali Aptt. Sector-52, Noida. Few years ago the Bus No. 323 & 392 bus has touch sector-52, Noida the bus come from dhaulakuaan to sector-62 the bus goes to Sector-53 redlight straight away and touch Kamath Enclave and the bus left turn and bus stop Sector-52 Gate. The many of passenger used this bus service and bus goes to sector-71 via Sai Mandir ang go to Sector-62. A many of people was availing bus service Sector-52 all resident with Arawali Appt ( In their apartment 800 flats ) they have not connected with bus service ( 392 & 323 ). you know sector -71 people and their apartment people used this service ( In their apartment 800 flats ) . But the bus route has been changed bus goes to sector-62 via kanchanjanga Sec-53 noida there is no more population then bus will go empty. If you change the bus route one who bus came from sector-62 to Dhalakuan the bus come from sai mandir and comes from sector-71 and come from sector 52 gate then they come to sector-53 redlight ang go to 12-22 sector as usual and same vice versa. Because many people can not catch your bus due to this route. We are disappointed it because we have no way to take rickshaw and then get dtc bus. We have no bus facility to connect delhi. The DTC bus service is very very good if you changed the bus route ( jo pahle se chal rahi thi ) then it was best for all Sector- 52, Sector-61 and Sector-71 resident. I urge the competent authority to change the bus route then thousand of people used to DTC bus service.

Unfortunately for me, Fews months back my bike was stolen. Since then I have been traveling Via DMRC(Metro) and DTC buses. One thing that I noticed is the DTC services seems like a bunch of barbarians hosting a cart driving. They are rude and Idiotic enough to be tagged as totallu UNCIVILIZED or BARBARIANS. It is shocking to know that DTC having such good infrastructure appoints so low standards when recruiting their staff. Also I have been going through all these posts and it seems that hardly anybody cares what commuters want. So learning that's it's almost useless I would suggest that DTC just sucks.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We the resident of Laxmi Nagar and Shakar Pur, Delhi -92, daily travel to Gole Market and Pusa Road. There is very less service of the above Bus Route no. 313 and 943 between 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and thereafter from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Basically this is the school time and we have to keep on waiting for such a long time which makes us late daily. Even no AC bus ply on this route particularly on the above said timing.

You are requested to make an immediate arrangement for the same.

I am sorry to state that bus no. 727 plying between Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium to Madhu Vihar. It is stated that the bus service is very very less. We have to wait for 50 to 60 minutes every day for the said bus. Kindly look into matter very seriously and do more services of 727.

I am a resident of vasundhara enclave Delhi 96. Since the beginning we are facing big transportation problem from this area,but in 3-4 months buses were going through our area.The DTC Route No.118 and 378 buses were going through vasndhara but now a days if they like they go through vasundhara otherwise they wont and the buses are not available in peak hours, which results in great deal of inconvenience for the commuters.The shift inchrage is also not taking any adequate step to divert other non plying route buses in these route.Most of the people wait here for buses and the buses dont come inside vasundhara. Today(16/9/2011) i was coming in 378 and i asked the conductor will it go to vasundhara he replied yes but the driver didnt take the cut instead he took it direct and when i asked the driver he rudely said that i should have told him,but if the route is through vasundhara then why should i tell him.it was his fault.Yesterday i asked the 118 bus will it go to vasundhara he told no but one more 118 bus came he told me the bus will go.I dont understand the routes of these buses(the bus no are DL1P C 8347 DL1P B 1435).You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously & do the needful, so as the commutters thrusting upon the DTC operation won't get cheated.

I am th resident of Lajpat Nagar. My office is in Dwarka Sector 16C. I noticed that bus route number 727 is extended up to Dwarka Mor. I request you, If Bus Route Number 727 may be diverted to Sector 16c Dwarka in place of Dwarka Mor that will be beneficial for all the student of IP University and passengers who wanted to go Inside Dwarka. Because there is no DTC Bus service which is conected to all the sectors of Dwarka.

iam residing at dilshad garden, from last few month iam noticing that route no 542 service( seema puri to hauz khazs) is very less from seema puri depo especialy from 7am to 8am. Most of the old blue line bus is used for school service during this time period.old blue line bus is running through this route.
i request you to please provide green bus in this route and also check the timing of the bus.

I would like to draw kind attention of appropriate authorities for route no 392 from sector 62 noida to dhaula kuan and vice versa.this is so important route and metro also not plying directly.and most of the daily office goers have no option except using cars which are very tiring and boring..please increase frequency of above bus routes(a/c) especially on office hours to enable daily office goers from car to bus.

I am a resident in Gurgaon, n Daily I took DTC bus from Gurgaon Bus Stand to Atlas Chowk. But from last few days all the buses have stopped taking the passengers for IFFCO,ATLAS & SHYAM Chowk. Police is doing challan on their buses. But the truth is Police has taken money from Auto Chalak's And now they are not letting the buses to stop at these stops so that Auto rikshaws can take whatever money they want and can give some money to them. Earlier i used to pay the bus fair of 5Rs. from Bus Stand to Atlas chowk . But Now thousands of people are paying 10 rs from Busstnd to IFFCO & 10 Rs from IFFCO to Atlas.is i.e. Sum of Rs 20 instead of Rs 5. I request you to Please take a step for this as the lack of transport in the So called Gurgaon City is a shameful thin g. Please conduct a drive in morning at Bus Stand for the people who are taking these routes for there offices, You will find the NO. is too high . Thousands of people are suffering due to this. Need your help.
