Hi,

I'm complaining about the early departure of the bus from the Bhuteshwar bus station, mathura on 9th July. I have taken the ticket from the Rajasthan rodways counter mathura for travel from mathura to jaipur. and i have alloted the seat no. 12 for the same. i reached at the departure place at exact 10:28 PM, as the actual time for the departure was 10:30 PM. but the bus was left at 10:15 PM, 15 minutes earlier from the actual time, as confirmed by the near tea shop person. By which i missed the bus. and due to unavailability of the other convenience from the mathura to jaipur, i missed out the very important business meeting held at jaipur next day. which cost me of about 20000 Rs.

Request you to kindly refund the ticket amount of Rs.180 and provide the recovery of my loss of 20000 Rs. and also give me a reason for early departure of the bus from the respected place. i hope you will take necessary step in going forward for solving this complaint.
