Scheme: 7 nights 8 Days holidays in India and Abroad (INR 7000 + INR 750 Processing fee)

I had paid INR 7000 in Jan 2011.
I have courired my booking form to their address in Noida but still I have not recieved any response on this.
They have not bothered to call back and let me know the status of the booking. I had to initiate the call but have never got through anyone... who can give me a status of my application...and then I got only excuses like:

The Call center number ia always busy. And If at all we get through they say
We shall get back in 72 hours/ 3 days/ 2 days/ next week. They never get back. I had to email every time and remind them and all I got was another excuse...

I am still fighting for my booking..

Please return my money. I can book the holiday myself with much less effort....

I had purchased the Religare Holiday gift voucher in Feb 2010 . I really thought that Religare being a good brand will provide good service and also the offer looked nice. I paid the Rs.7000 through credit card and subsequently paid them R.750 as processing fee. I tried to redeem this vouchers and also tried calling their call center several times. Nobody ever picks up the phone on the contact nos given on site and their is no other touch point. I have send the filled vouchers for redemption on Jan 2011 and have never heard from them since then. I really regret taking this scheme and now wish to take every possible legal action against them to teach this fraudsters a thorough lesson.. plz advice

I would like to inform you that instead of numbers of emails to your mentioned email address, no reply has yet come. I would still complain that I haven't received my promised gift of Laptop. Your company is nothing but a fraud.
