I want to say that i have booket a ticket in hrtc bus for bus - shimla to joginder nagar for 5 october 2011
from my pnb bank debit card, iam charged rupees 231 from my debit card after that at 4 october 2011
i canceling my ticket website of hrtc says that we will refund 169 rupees to you then i canceled the ticket
website says that your money is refunded to you , "your result is captured" But i dont get a single rupee back. Please help me.
