This is Lalit Kumar Narayan and i am complaining against the hrtc ticket collector Dipendar and bus no.HP 65// 7519 for his false in information and to charge an extra amount for the loudges.Its was a fresh case of today morning at 7:40 am when i was waiting for the ticket in a row to Chandigarh to Jogindar Nagar and i purchased a single ticket with of Rs.255 and an equal amount he charged me for around 10kgs of loudges which is so along with me,but when i was come to ask about the how is charged the Rs.255 for the without estimating the weight of the loudges.It seems he used to do everyday with any passengers to fraud them and to cheat with them and i humbly requesting you higher authority to take a strict action against T.C Dipendar before it go to soon.

I mandeep kanwar travell from ghas(bilaspur) to shimla by HRTC bus rout Hamirpur to Shimla via Ghaghs . Started the journey at 8.05AM on dated 29.08.2011 at ghaghas the conductor has given the ticket by machine ticket no 00024823 showing kilometer 85KM and the fare is 97.00.
On the next day form shimla to ghaghas , The bus was HRTC mandi depot . The machine ticket no 00038676 showing the KM 92 and fare taken Rs 103.00. The HRTC bus stareted from shimla at 1.00PM. I asked the conductor for the same but he was showing his machine only. I asked for complaint register but hae has no comlaint register .
The matter was told to RM Mandi on dated 30.08.2011 and same SMS to his no 9418825050 but till date no response received
It is not understood that how the KM differnec put in the kilometers although the track of the bus was same. is the machine not calibrated or any other
