Dear Customer Forum,

I have invested my money in a business where only booking of travel, utility bill payments and other services can be done. The organisation in which I have invested has done a wrong commitment at the time of buiness proposal. Certain services which are part of their packages are not yet incorprorated in their website. When asked they told me that it will take another few months to get activated. This thing was not told me earlier. Now When I am trying to communicate them, they are not responding properly. When I spoke to somebody senior in their organisation, he just talking non-sense and behaving very roughly and deniying to further reply to my query. I want my money back. Please help me to get out of this.
