Money not refunded

KSRTC hasn't refunded the ticket cancellation money for two cases as i booked both the tickets online. They say that it'll be refunded back to our account nut nothing has happened so far. Details are given below:

PNR No.: J17879536
Trip Code.: 2030TRIMYS
Fare: 713
Trip Date: 13/06/2010
Cancelled On:11/06/2010 (Myself cancelled through online)
Refund Amount: 517

PNR No.: J18297063
Trip Code.: 2030TRIMYS
Fare: 713
Trip Date:20/06/2010
Cancellation Date: 20/06/2010( Bus got cancelled due to accident)

I mailed them and called them uncountable times but no response from their side.
