    Default Make my trip - Train Ticket

    Hello Team

    I am frequent user of “Make my Trip”. I used to book my train/bus/flight tickets using their website but recently I came across a very bad experience with them. I had booked a train ticket for 15th Oct 2011 for Hyderabad from Mumbai in 12219 / Sc Duronto Exp Class: AC 2 Tier. Unfortunately due “Telangana protest” all trains in this route got cancelled. Hence my train (12219 / Sc Duronto Exp) also became one of the victims but somehow I managed and came Hyderabad by using other resources.

    Once I reached Hyderabad I have applied for refund which got confirmed by “Make my trip” and they committed that within 90 days my due will be cleared. But till now nothing has done and when I had words with customer care executive of “Make my trip” on 27th Jan 2012 they bluntly refused to provide me refund.

    Therefore please help me to get the refund of INR 1225. The details are given below.
