The below mentioned write up is the reply email I have sent to make my trip.com for your kund perusal.

On 8 th june 2010 I have been intimated that the flight has been rescheduled from 6.30 a.m to 7.00 a.m
Even that is the case I would have got the connection Indigo flight at 9.15 a.m.
But me after checking in at 6 a.m. on 12.06.10 the Indian Airlines left only by 7.45 a.m. & the flight reached Chennai only by 9.15 a.m & by this time the Indigo flight to Delhi left from Chennai.
My position I have explained to the Indian Airlines Duty officer at Trivandrum itself & he has pointed out that I will very well get the Indigo flight from Chennai.But when the flight is getting delayed I have informed the Air Hostess while on board and the hostess informed me that IA pilot has informed the delay to Indigo people.But on reaching Chennai airport Indigo authorities told me that the plane left and we got no information from whomsoever.When I contacted the Make my trip people they pointed out that it is the fault of Indian Airlines and you get the complaint redressed from them.When I asked the IA duty officer she told me that our commitment ends at Chennai.I was going on calling Make my trip people,IA people & Indigo people and nobody was there to help me out. Everybody washed off their hands & nobody helped me.I was really panick and was running here and then.Finally I booked online IS ticket and flew to Delhi.
It was a horrid day and as a layman I did not get any justice from anybody and even solace or comfort words from any quarter.
Hence kindly do the justice to me.
