1. I had flown on the route Delhi-Ahmedabad ( AI 10) on 16 Oct. And with profound grief, I would like to bring to your notice some of my experience with Air India during my flight

2. On landing, the handle of the suitcase ( for pulling the wheely) was found broken and missing . On inquiry at the help desk I was informed that nothing can be done for that. After forceful insistence only a written complaint was lodged.Inspite of repeated calls to the Air India desk at Ahmedabad ( and assurance given to me for getting the suitcase picked up) no action has been initiated so far. In fact there is no pick on the 04 number provided to me.

3. Even email sent on the Air India site for mishandled baggage has not been addressed.

4. IT APPEARS THAT THE AIR INDIA IS HELL BEND ON TARNISHING ITSELF. AND GIVE A DEAF EAR TO ANYONE ( CARE A DAMN ATTITUDE)
