My name is Madhur Goel, State Head Rajasthan – Spice Retail Limited. I have bought 4 membership cards for Jaipur Greens and Jaipur Palace which is promoting by “Mansa Group”. The contact person to me was Mr. Swaroop. This guy has not given any bill at the time of delivery of product in my office. I am asking for the bills for the same from last 6 days and Mr. Swaroop and Mr. Sachin from Mansa group giving me false commitments. I think Jaipur Greens and Mansa Promoters only think about making money not about the customer service. I am sorry to say that I had very experience with Mansa promoter and scared what kind of service I will get ones I will visit to Jaipur Greens or Jaipur Palace.
As a customer, if I am buying any product, it’s my right to get the bill for the same.
Please take some action immediately.
