It has been almost 2 weeks since I have mailed regarding the Refund of Online money transaction for failed ticketting. Although, there was a positive response immediately after that, NOTHING has been done towards the refund of the money. It was shocking to see that Karnataka State run KSRTC does nothing towards such major issues like online money transfer. There was a rude response all the time I called the helpline no. 080-22221321. They just inform us to call later and abruptly disconnect the conversation.At the same time, they fear to disclose their names fearing complaints being lodged against them. I have called the above number more than 4 times today, and the behaviour of the female personnel receiving calls at extn 283 (for Online transactions related to credit cards) is extremely nasty. Disgusting is too less a word to describe the behaviour of such so-called Govt employees. Is there no one who monitors such complaints?
I happened to see a lot of angry commuters having the same concern (KSRTC Complaints - online booking refund) and it looks like the KSRTC has given a deaf ear to these concerns (Im not sure if KSTRC personnel even bother to look at these). When the deduction of money is promptly done during transactions, the similar dedication is expected for refund during failed transaction too, right? Also, there is no email ID details provided about the person/dept which needs to be approached if such complaints are not catered to.

The online booking was done at K S R T C. on 18/09/2010 for Journey from Bengaluru to Chennai (21.15hrs). OB reference number given is OB2609710. Please guide me as to how to go about this issue. It was a bulk ticketting done and hence the amount to be refunded is also not less.
