Ticket price for 2: 517/-

As far as I remember, conductor didn't give me the change and the ticket.

In Addanki, When I asked for the ticket and change
Conductor says, he has given the ticket and I have lost it.

So I had to take the ticket again.

Second ticket from Addanki to Kukatpally (Hyderabad) = 478/-

The seat number were: 27 and 28.
Please verify the database?
There should be 2 entries

Since the BUS is full, overall there should be 2 extra tickets for that journey.
If there are 2 extra tickets indeed, Please modify the machine to get a duplicate ticket whenever the Original ticket is lost.


If there is only one ticket for 478/-, then it clearly shows the conductor has cheated.
Please take appropriate action.
