Hi,
I am one of your customer who had a visit to PARADISE VILLAGE RESORT IN APRIL at the hotel and I am completely dissatisfied. It started from the online enquiry I sent to hotel, to which its sales agent (Ahi- Bombay office )replied with a deal with cirtain inclusions. I again needed cirtain clarifications to which she re-confirmed the same fare and the roon type she offered was Suite on half board and the other inclusions. With in a couple of days I called up the office again so that I can take the bank details and I can deposit the money and spoke to Umesh in Mumbai office, and he re-confirmed the price and inclusions and I made an online transfer from my account. One of my friend is a travel agent and he just wanted to assure everything goes fine so he called up the office again to which he was advised that the roomtype is not suite and its studio. I was ofcourse not happy and I called up the office again and argued with this lady that she has always been informing me about the roomtype SUITE NOT STUDIO, as I had the e-mail, she finally accepted that, but as this was something which created a bad impression in my mind and I didn't want to trust them again as was afraid might come back with someyhing else, so I asked my friend (Travel agent) to get that confirmed for me and I cancelled the transfer I made online on the very same day and my travel agent paid the hotel coming in between. This all happened in Feb, and I checked in to the hotel on the 24rth April, which was quite in advance for 6 nights. In between I wanted to make sure that the transfers are booked (as was included in package) and late check out is confirmed I sent out and e-mail to Ahi with all my flight details and late check out request, to which she replied back I should contact my travel agent, however, I myself work for an International travel agency and quite aware of the facts, a customer is always suppossed to contact the hotel directly for these requests. Anyways, I did ask my travel agent again to confirm the same and he called Ahi and he made the request. On my arrival I came to know there is no room service at the hotel which was shocking and disappointing. I was travelling with my little children and it was really disappointing to know, coz if we knew abt the room service thing we really would have booked a different hotel. The answer I got from the hotel staff, that every year this happens, in the month of april, as less staff, they do not provide room service. All stuck, no other way as paid in full to the hotel we had to stay at the hotel, getting up every morning with out bed tea and rush to the restaurant to have the morning tea. On the day of check out I recieved a call from the reception that I should check out at 11:00 clock, and I was shocked to hear that as I already informed quite in advance abt the late checkout and also when I got the transfer booked at 5 pm, its quite undrestood that we will check out late. Ofcourse the whole six nights were any ways spoiled and now even the departure was ruined, I called up my travel agent and he confirmed he made the request and spoke to Ahi, and he said he will call up Ahi again to confirm the same. After a few minutes reception connected the call from Ahi to my room, and she completely denied about all the facts and said she was never informed about the late check out and about the room service she was not aware of!!! She has been really really rude and has been asking to pay me more money!! She has even used the words like YOU BLOODY!! From day one I have been dealing with this lady, she has been confused her self and has been denying facts since the begining. I am really disappointed with the way I was dealt and MOST IMPORTANTLY was INSULTED and was never informed there is no ROOM SERVICE till I arrived. I want to get a full refund of my money as they misguided me since the begining and has mis informed me about all the details, my six nights in Goa were RUINED, because I wanted comfirt on the holiday and I never got that. |
