V have buked tickets in the site redbus.in from hyderabad to guntur on 26/01/2012 in SRKT travels.......ticket no : TE2R85376342.....a lady and a heart patient....it was a medical emergency....our bus has cancelled on that day and v didn't have any intimation regarding that.....v have waited at the boarding point till 12 in the nite....keeping a lady and a heart patient it was very unbareable situation on the road staying idle....didnt gave a call r mail 4 us regarding this.....then v have called redbus customer care they said that within 10mins they will revert us back r else arrange ur own alternative then v will b resposible 4 that..... but there is no call 4m them till again i called them.....so v have hired 4 a taxi and reached the place...in that late n8 the cab has took 5000/- 4m us....the response of the customer care of redbus was very worst when i called them....i mailed them regarding this issue atleast almost 10times and called them so many times saying the issue happened.....
Hence i have kept the cab money from my own......So they said they were even nt responsible and will b only refunding the ticket fare.....
I just want 2 file a case in this consumer court on red bus team....pls revert us back.....let us how strong will b the case based on medical emergency....a heart patient and a lady passengers....i want 2 complaint as soon as i can do...
