Me and my friends had booked three tickets in Airavat on 5th november 2011(bus starting at 7:30 am from Bangalore to Thrissur). Unfortunately the bus was cancelled due to the strike in Kerala on that day. We requested for the refund that day itself. And they told the amount will be credited within 7 days.
