Hai My Name is Jayaprakash Narayan from Bangalore. I have booked bus ticket yatra.com on 12/05/2010 From Bangalore to Hyderabad. The bus for which i have booked the ticket was cancelled. I have Informed the Yatra customer care person regarding the cancelation of bus but today 29/06/2010 until now they or not refund once i call customer care they will say within 3 working days you will get your refund its already more than 45 days over but they not refunding. Kindly let me know how to get the refund I am having all the relavant documents, but no use they are not paying back. I have sent nearly some 10 reminder mails till date but i am not getting any response from him. Please let me know how to get the amt back.
