Last night (31/Jul/2010) I was travelled in Airavat (Volvo A/c) Vehicle No: KA-01 F 8282 @ 22:30; Trip code: 2231CHNBNG, I was travelling with my father (Senior Citizen) and we had 15 kgs luggage, but the bus Conductor took Rs.60/- extra apart from the ticket, we have already paid ticket charges Rs.620/- + Rs. 561/-(to and fro). (My PNR Numbers: J18850994 / J18850943)

The KSRTC Person told he will give the ticket for Rs.60/- but he haven’t and he didn't answer properly he was very rude to me and that driver also took the bus very fast once we got down and he haven't given the luggage tag.
It means your KSRTC person Stolen my Rs.60/-

It’s not matter of Rs.60/- its matter of why your KSRTC person stealing money from passenger, if they need more they should beg in the bus station, I would have given more than that also.

Looking for the proper response from the conern department ASAP

I have made a ticket on 18th of april but unfortunately it got canceled due to time out, but the amount has been moved from the a/c. Now seeking for refund they have given no response to the mail neither the they are available on the helpline no..

what can be done...??????

I had booked a ticket to bangalore on 8 april for a bus on 12 th april. But the ticket was cancelled, amount was deducted from the account. Could u please let me know whom to contact.
