I have the same problem with Religare as the other members complaints about Religare. I had booked my travel voucher no. 999001176 with them for 7000Rs. in April 2010. I have been continuously following up with Mr. Rahul for the past 6 months and he is yet to allot me with any travel holiday. Of late there has been no response from him or anyone else either on phone or email. Recently I also sent an email to wecare@religareonline.com but I haven;t heard from them too. I made a complaint by phone to "Religare" but they haven't reverted back with any solution. All the phone nos of Religare Perfect Getaways are continuously always busy. The no. 18602588888 also does not seem to be working.
I am submitting my complaint in this forum and hope that Religare will provide me with my travel holidays or refund the amount back to me.
As the last resort, if I donot hear from them soon, I wish to take the matter up with "icrpc.org" and fight it out with them in the consumer court.

I also purchased this voucher in May 2010, tried to book a holiday in December, for some stupid reasons they returned it, then I again re-resent the form in February 2011 as my voucher expires in May 2011, but since then they have not responded back and all their phone lines are always busy.

My One Touch solutions id is 201010212117. I submitted the filled in holiday voucher on 15.03.2011 along with DD for Rs.750/-. I have not received any confirmation from OTS so far. If they take so much time for confirmation, how can make arrangements for mu journey? I don't know at which location I am going to be arranged accommodation out of three options I have made. In case they are not able to confirm my accommodation immediately, I demand to refund my money. I don't know when they going to confirmation or they are not at all providing any accommodation but just cheating the gullible customers. I am shocked to know that a company like RELIGARE who talks about values in their advertisements is in involved such a fraud.

Hi. My booking ID is 20100823450. I have the same complaint. Regret the date I picked up the phone call from the Religare representative. Looks like they have no intention of honoring their promises. I have been waiting for over a month now and my membership expires in August - waste of good money!

My self and my friend have taken the same package and its so horrible to keep calling them for the updates. No one picks the call and its absolute waste of Energy, time and money.

Please let us know, if any of you have taken any legal proceedings for the same.

We also would like to go ahead with a legal action for a refund for such a pain in spending money and mental stress in following them for 3 weeks.

My booking id for this fraud religare OTS scheme is 201007802326. I booked it in July 2010 and made the mistake of referring 5 more people!!!! Have tried calling atleast 200 times and have mailed them 8-10 times. The only thing i hear is an automated reply 'Pls send us details to proceed furhter' despite me sending the correct details time and again. the numbers are constantly busy. If this is not addressed within a week - me and all 5 of my references are filing a FIR and publishing the same in the media......Religare needs to be taught a lesson! What a sham! Finally received a booking from Perfect Getaways (Religare). But when I called the resort 2 days before the booking date they denied having any confirmed booking. In fact they claimed to have informed Perfect Getaway a week back that they are already overbooked! I am fed up! Have asked Religare to return my money! They say "Sorry - the offer is non-refundable"! So we are supposed to quietly tolerate this suffering! SHAME ON THE RELIGARE GROUP!

I totally agree with you all guys.Even we had taken a 2 packages for our family looking at their site and such impressive hotels. Neither they gonna give you those hotels nor such hotels are available with them. They gonna give you such budgeted and cheap hotels where will not even like to stay. First of all they will not revert to your mails and incase they revert will just gonna say that its not available. These people are here only to fool and loot innocent people like us. Please be aware and do not be a part of such membership. We have lost all our money and regret the same.

Team Religare - Pls refund my entire amount of Rs.7500+750 for 2 packages. I cannot afford to loose such money...CHEATERS
