Auto Riksha walas behaviour

Auto drivers are not ready to take from east to west.But at 4 p.m today at Tagore road Santacruz(West) I asked riksha if he will take me to east ,He agreed after I sat he told me that he decided now that he won't go to east and so he will drop me somewhere close by , I told him that why he agreed first , why should I first si and then get down .I didnot force him to take me , usually Riksha walas are scared of men and donot refuse if some male is there with you.
He started auto and stopped at Petrol pump and told me to get down .
I have complaint against him his auto number is -MH 02 UA 6222 .
Also one request if they donot want to give service please stop auto on roads so that we can walk safely as they donot know how to drive when one is walking.

This is Balkrishna S kardile. yesterday evening at 7.15 p.m. I was with my mom & my pregnant sister. I have asked autodriver for GCC Club at Miraroad from Dahisar Checknaka.
& also requested to drive slow as my sister is pregnant,
whereas driver rudely said that you should opt for another auto & he is not ready to drive slow.
& we get down from that Auto to search another auto to travel.

But such type of behaviour which thses drivers has only because they didnt have a fixed fare as per the meter attached to Auto's after beyond dahisar checknaka area,why is it so.

Auto drivers charge Rs.60 to 70 which should be Rs.25 to 30 as per the meter count.

I Hope consumer forum should look into this & try to resolve some of the issues from the nos.of problem which we people are facing.
