Hi ,

I had booked a ticket online from Nagpur to Pune for 2 people to travel on 12 Aug 2011 at 2:55 PM pickup from Ashirwad talkies Nagpur. A day before (11 Aug 2011) I tried to cancel my ticket online using my PNR , ticket number and Email ID (same email ID on which I received the E ticket) but the system didn’t allowed to cancel my tickets and gave an error: Invalid Email ID.

I immediately called on the HELPLINE number and they said that they can’t help me as saini travels IT employee was on leave. I called up at least 15 times on the number but no one helped me out. Finally had to travel alone on both the seats and it had cost me 1200 INR. I am not happy with the service from Saini Travels and I demand for refund of my money.
