I have booked total 13 helicopter tickets for 16.10.2011(10 tickets(from katra to sanjichhat) and 3 tickets(from sanjichhat to katra)) on 16.09.2011 from the website https://www.maavaishnodevi.org. I booked the slot and soon after that amount was deducted from my account but no transaction ID was provided and booking was not confirmed .I mailed those people at helpdesk@maavaishnodevi.Org and online@maavaishnodevi to refund my amount but no reply came from them.I have tried to call them at the number provided at the website,but no one picked up the phone.Kindly help me!!
