my name is sunil kumar sinha, shakarpur delhi - 110092. I had ordered inalsa food processor on 22-10-2011 with order no 20111022030818. I paid rs.- 3595 by credit card. Transaction ID is mcit1009778432. From 22-10-2011 to 15-12-2012, I DID call starcj many times and got reply every times "you will get your product within next 5 working days". I DID not get my product. Due to not delivery of my product, I cancelled my order on 15-12-2011. I was told by star cj that I will get the money back in my credit card in the next 7 – 10 working days. But more than one month have been passed, I haven’t get the money in my card yet. Since then I have been calling the star cj regularly after 2-3 days latter and every time I am getting same answer "I am forwarding a complain and you will be called up within 24 hours by starcj". But I have not been called up yet. This is mently harassment for me. Please help me to take the refund of my money.
