i have contacted a travel agency named KAYRA in PUNE SUS ROAD. regarding the tatkal ticket for July 16 2010. I have given him in written that i need a tatkal ticket from pune to Hazrat nizamuddin(Delhi) on jhelum erpress.He has called his agent saying the same.He has taken an advance of Rs.500. When I asked him for a receipt or anything in written , he said there is no need for it. The train leaves pune in the evening 5 P.M. When I went to collect ticket on 16 July at 11 A.M. the ticket was of some diffferent train which leaves pune at morning 4 A.M.And now he neither accepting his mistake neither refunding mine money. Infact he said that I have told him that train, when I said him to show me that paper in which i have filled details, he said he doesnt have any,My whole trip got cancel and I end up paying for that ticket too including his charges.And he was so rude and didnt even ready now to talk to me.He said If you want to go to consumer court you can go.

I need suggestion regarding the same.I don't have any written proof against him but at the same time he also don't have it.Please anybody any suggestions , procedure etc any help please reply or mail me

i wanna sue that person and his agency for the mental and financial harrasement. My such an imp trip got cancelled just bcoz of his mistake which he is not admitting.
