we are mojorly facing problem while travelling from thane station to lokmanya nagar as from thane station we had some limited bus till lokmanya nagar & population in that area is so much. Everyday we came from cst within 1 hour but unable to reach at home within 1 more hour from thane station there is limited auto also & if you increase that also then too it will take 30-40 bucks which is unaffordable for middle class families.on bus stop at thane station they written so many buses are available to reach lokmanya nagar but actually there is only 1 bus available which is coming from mira road it is already full of crowd which is coming from mira road there is no any facility for local public in thane apart from that TMT Bus employees should allow BEST Bus services from thane station to lokmanya nagar as public facing so much problem.

I am filling this complaint 2nd time but still no resolution.

Please give proper attention to public problems
