Dear Concern

I have done hotel booking through MakeMyTrip at the time of booking no where it was mentioned that if i cancel the booking there is
This is a special NON-REFUNDABLE rate. 100% of booking amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
Once I received the confirmation of the booking & my Hotel voucher there it was mention that it is Non-refundable if I get it canceled.
I asked within Make-my trip to cancel it within 3 days the booking then they come-up with that it is not refundable.
If at the time of booking they have not mentioned that it is Non-refundable how come consumer will come to know. It should to be refund if consumer been not been informed properly about the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Kindly let provide the solution how to get the refund.
