This is Deepak Kumar from pune. I have applied US visa from Opulentus oversea careers in pune office before 6 month ago.
I am fed up with opulentus because opulentus has not provided me the service whatever they had promise to me. When I made the payment they were give 99.9% assurance for each and every visa related and I20 work. I have those entire written documents which I have got from Opulentus office. That time they were told we will take a session for three or four days for training and and you will get a Mock session. However, I did not get. First time I did not get anything from opulentus . My complaint only: No proper Service on time, didn’t get corrected I20.its like 2 month ago for I20 and 5 month ago for referral still am waiting . I suppose to get my second corrected I20 in the month of May end Or first week of June But yet not received. Since I got the wrong I20 in the month of May 4.that time it was not my mistake I have given my Aunt name as a sponsor however, in I20 were mentioned Father name. it’s like 75 days ago still I am waiting for I20 and my referral amount till date the office charges Rs.25000/- and Refferal amount would be Rs 10000/- for 4 person .they just giving me stupid reason I have sent so many email to the office and manager they give me another email to to send that request to them they are not working properly...
