I tried to book a ticket twice on Nov 14th 2010 as it was not successful and came with a message "Your booking was unsuccessful. The payment charged will be refunded in a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." I tried again and again it was unsuccesful. But both the times I was charged for it. Inspite of my repeated calling and sending them mails, they are not refunding my money. Ref # 1EUPCE & PXSPCE.
Yatra online sells Rail Tickets but do not have a Yatra Rail Customer service.
I was assured different refund schedules by different Yatra online Representatives, starting from 30 mins to 30 working days. I have the mails and phone conversations recorded on how my calls were placed on hold for more than 15 mins and disconnected, and how somebody told me that he was raising a request and I would get my money back in half an hour.
Now I am at wits end, so please tell me how I should go about it.
