Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a ticket on 26/12/2009 for dated 27/02/2010 through PNR 2530216340, Train No. 3414 Farkka Exp but the train was late more than three hours. I had cancelled my journy and filed a TDR in IRCTC under (my ID is ujjawal1) option Train late more than three hours.

50% of Amount Rs. 496 was refunded and credited my PNB account on 12/03/2010 through IRCTC REFUND-0001974123, rest 50% not yet credited.

Now I am doing correspondance through E-mail, they are not replying at all now, I had received a reply from tdrprocess@irctc.co.in with message "Dear Customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience.Kindly note that the refund amount of Rs. 496/- against PNR No 2530216340 has been refunded to your account on 10-Mar-2010 . For another refund we have sent letter to ER Railway on 15-July-2010 stating that 'Train Late More Than Three Hours.', so please reopen the case and grant the refund as per rule. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account. With regards, TDR PROCESS TEAM"
