I have a big complaint about 'IRCTC' ticket booking.I booked my ticket in Nethravathy express and I payed
money through SBI internet banking. But ticket didn't booked and my money has been debited from my
bank account.I didn't get any alert from 'IRCTC' in my e-mail or my mobile.I don't know what to do?I have
the proof to show that my money has been transfered to IRCTC Please help me.Please.
