7th june 2010 happened to be cursed day for me.I lost a relative who was very close to my heart. to make matters worse the railway service was always as as ever. i went to purchase the ticket for 315 hwh-ckp passenger to reach for the cremation of the person. before purchasing i saw that nothing was mentioned in the SE Railway website about cancellation of the train. i went and purchased a ticket with PNR no.6440564291. later i found that the train was cancelled. by then all options to reaching my destination for that day were gone. i dont need the money. but who would be responsible for my delay. shame to the minister of railway ( Mamata Banerjee) who makes fake promises to earn votes and her ministry.shame to the operations deparment. shame o the employees for whom i had to face this problem.
