Yesterday 2.8.2010 I went to Chetpet railway station (Chennai 31) to get ticket to Arriyalur, but the ticket issuing official has refused to issue me a ticket to Ariyalur and said " I can't issue ticket to Ariyalur and the same have to obtain from Egmore Railway station " . So at the last movement I went to Egmore railway station and got my ticket from there with hardship. Eventhough there is provision to issue such a ticket from Chetpet railway station the person who was on the spot has refused me which is againt the rules and regulation. So, I request the railway authority to inform me about the fact and what action you are going to take against the defaulter.
