this is Srikanth from Hyderabad, i have booked tickets from Hyderabad to Tirupati.. on tatkal.

the amount has been charged by cleartrip but the tickets are issued.. when i called customer care.. they only have one answer "i Understand, i cannot do anything.

A SUPER SERVICE.

here is an email saying the amount will be refunded in 7 to 15 days time.. dont know whey they have to keep money with them for 7-14 days.
