i beg to state that i AKHILESH UPADHYAY (village+post-darwan,police station-ramgarh,dist-kaimur,bhabhua,state-bihar) ,i booked my herohonda(karizma) bike from MANMAD to MUGALSARAI station at 15-06-2010 ,the actual value of my bike is 75000,but the railway agent enterd only 15000 value,and till now i didnt receive my bike and my bill no is-844749 and slr no is-01720,my contact no is-09934961673, when i am going to railway board then they told me that we will pay only 15000 rs,sir please help me
