dear sir

i booked a ticket through irctc and by-mistake on passenger book as male but she is actually female. first of all i complain irctc care center and i got a solution to visit the nearest railway ACM or SCM.

on 5th of august i visited to the mumbai central railway station also make my querry in fornt of the ACM MR. V. K DESAI after verification of my documents he told me that just wet for some time it is possible but suddenly he told me that it is not possible for me to change the gender of a passenger. on asking him that he should giv me in written that he has no authority to make such request of passenger. on making several time of request he misbehave with me and told to meet with his senior officer MR Ranveet singh ( DCM ). agian i meet with the same person also he give me same reply and again asking him to give me in written but again he told i will not do as u asking....?and also he misbehave with me and told me to leave his chamber otherwise he call a police and finally he call her peon and give him direction to through out this person out side of my chember.

after that finally i make the complain in register at railway station mumbai central with complain no 28 dated 5th august..

i just ask u some question....
why those officer denied there responsibility for the service of passenger.

please inform the higher authority to take action against those people who are not eligible to serve the nation and people.

I have started travelling by Central Railway few days back. And what I have observed is First class Ladies compartments for central railway are very small. Hardly 10-12 ladies can sit and It's very difficult to get into such a small compartment as there is only one door to get in. ANd ladies cannot move further as that small compartment is overcrowded. So what's the use of taking First class pass and paying 450-500 bucks for the same. Atleast in second class u can get into the train. But first class is worst.
I request the Railway ministry to observe the same and increase size of Ladies First Class Compartment for central railway specially (Dombivali to CST and vice-versa)
