My Name is VIKAS GONDHALE. I am journlist by profission recenty i had been to belgaum for some work & was coming back to my home town sangli. I called for inquiry for railway to miraj,but sir the way the inquriy people were talking with me were not at all mannerd they were talking as if they are not there to serve the people who accept help from them they dont answer the phone calls, they keep the recevier on the table so that nobody should call them. Sir I am requesting u to take a strict action on these people who dont know to recpect there own work & waste the time of others. I beg u for this thing please take a serious action on them. Its the complaint of BELGAUM RAILWAY STATION.
