We travelled in a/c coach(B1) of Mysore- Tuticorin exp. on Jan 1 2012. To our horror so many bed bugs started biting us at 11 o clock. Everybody got up. Bed bugs came out of the berth like ants coming out of anthill. To our badluck a/c did not work. It got tripped often. We all choked and felt like trapped in an oven.
Outside the weather was pleasant , but inside it was difficult for the old persons and the kids to breathe. The kids started to cry as the bedbug bite was really painful.All my friends are complaining of bedbugs in a/c coaches. Many have brought bedbugs in large numbers inside their houses through the luggages they carried. Now the whole house is filled with bedbugs and they had no other chance than to call the pest control.
We sat outside our house and killed every bedbug in our luggage. It took half an hour. My kids went late to the school and my husband went late to his office. My son got rashes in the entire body and now he is taking antibiotics and allergy medicine. Seeing the rashes and allergy his teacher is not allowing him to come to school in fear of getting spreaded to other students. His studies are now stopped due to this uncomfortable train journey.
The whole night, everyone in the coach sat with lights switched on and without leaning on the seat.It was a real night mare and I felt it as a catastrophic journey. We prayed that every minute should pass soon..........
