Dear sir/mam,
This is A.Ramakrishnan from chennai. On 4th aug 2010 I went to Egmore Railway Station in chennai for booking ticket for Tiruchendur Express from Egmore to Tiruchendur at 6.27P.M. I told clearly to the counter person to give ticket from Egmore to Tiruchendur for the date 6th aug 2010. But the counter person given the ticket amounting Rs.713 for the date 4th aug 2010. On 5th aug 2010 early morning i went to the ticket booking counter where i booked the ticket at Rs.713 and i told to the counter person that the date has been mentioned wrongly on the ticket as 4th aug 2010 instead of 6th aug 2010. So i told to the counter person to cancel the ticket for the date 4th aug 2010 and give ticket for the date 6th aug 2010 at same cost. But the counter person refused to cancel the ticket. After that i went to the Deputy Manager of the Egmore Railway Station and told regarding this problem. But the Deputy Manager also refused to cancel the ticket. If the railway employees will do like this mistake, then due to their mistake people will loss their money and everybody will be unhappy on Railway service.The government will be a great looser in future.
So i am requesting you to rectify like this problem and give proper training to Railway Employees to serve the people properly and refund my money(Rs.713) as soon as possible to my bank account or make a money order to my address mentioned below, i will be greatfull to you for ever.
