    Sir,

    Complaint against railway reservation counter, Nagpur – In general regularly we face

    That as we have demanded on reservation form (never been allotted)

    Always Reservation Counter Clerk & In-charge gives us threatens that some thing you are getting other wise you have to travel without reservation

    Same time if good reservation clerk is a counter he allots correct tickets along with required accommodations that time some magic’s happens at same Indian Railway reservation counter

    Please request to find some Regular solution for consumers to have comfortable Journey By Train in respected Our Country.

    a) For Nagpur to Gwalior signal Ticket

    b) Knowingly issued in two Parts Ticket After request also
    (As per Reservation Staff Such Facility is not for common Person)

    Particulars as following: - Refund of difference Paid Extra Amount Because of Two Different Tickets Made By your staff as per them we can not demand for single Ticket once Train doesn’t has stop at Particular Railway Station then also
    (Once Same Train was crossing by same Station but don’t have Stop)
    Requested Railway Reservation staff must make necessary arrangement such cases train to stop on such station where stops has not been allotted)

    Please why Indian Railway reservation counter, Staff’s Always Says Lie, is are not capable for particular seat, or knowingly they Harass customers,

     Same train Other Customers Has done reservation after we have done They Have been allotted Lower Berth How They says they have demanded and they have got ( as per Owner view god has helped them , All consumers Must bee Guided Before Going For Reservation First Visit Respected GOD Temple For Correct Chooses Selections In Train reservation , Reservation Staff’s Working on Counters Do not do Only and only God Helps )

    Angry How child of age 7 be allotted reservation in another coach?

    Dear Sir,
    I book ticket of date 27/07/2010 of Tirupati to Kacheguda of Venktadri express from reservation counter of Dhamangaon-444709 on dated 14/07/2010. PNR nr is 1246691254. Out of four member in S6 one child of 7 year has been given a berth in S10. The reservation staff member has not updated me on this and stright away given the ticket. How can he alone travel in that Coach, unattended? Who is responsible for any accident with him? If he need water or food or any problem, how he will come to us for the same or how we can be known about it/ him?

    i tried to book tickets on 9-11-10 from ratlam to ajmer through my sbi debit card the money has been deducted twice but the tickets were not booked any time.so please refund my money back.

    Sir,
    Today I, Sri Dhiman Chakraborty, bought a ticket from Santragachi to Abada in Santragachi Railway Junction. My ticket no is 96642197, UTS: 709HA012K1. I am very sad to say you that, the person at the ticket counter made an intentional delay & I missed my train. I told it to that person at the counter. He insulted me in slang language. I am not the only victimized one, it happens now every day. I request you to loop upon this matter. Person who doesn't have any sense of manner, should not take any post of public interaction.

    Default complaint against KANPUR Reservation Centre

    the reservation centre in kanpur was under manned( atleast 50% counters unmanned), on 21dec 2010, the working clerks were adequately slow to discharge their duties. it took me around two and half hours done to get the reservation done( from the time i got the token number issued, my token number was 1169)

    Default Railway booking counter open sooooo late

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Aditi Agarwal. I live in Almora Uttarakhand. In Almora, Railway Booking Counter will always open At 10.00 Am Because of that nobody can be able to Book Tatkal Tickets. Its my Kind request to take a action for that so that we will also be able to book tatkal tickets from counter.

    Unhappy Railways not refund the Amount- Passenger not traveled

    I had booked our ticket for dated 22/04/11 from h nizamuddin to sai naagar shirdi, some reason we had not traveled or used our ticked (pnr 2419118338),the train no. 04012, (nzm to snsi).I had sent mail to irctc and file TDR for refund the amount 1200.00 but we got a e-mail from irctc that railway reject our cliam that- ref: 594-cr/44 as per records passenger(s) travelled on the ticket.

    If the railways told that we had used our ticked it is totally wrong. We had not traveled because we miss the train. Plese suggest us who we prove that we had not traveled at this ticket or help us

    Default complaint againts railway ticket counter staff

    Dear sir,
    I, Rahul kumar, S/O Mr. Raj Kumar Sinha, was at the ticket counter at Patna Jn. to have an ordinary ticket from patna jn. to Gaya Jn.. suddenly a person named Mr. Luxaman singh (as placard on his name plate) who is also the staff of indian railway at patna Jn. has taken 200/- rupees against the ticket forcefully. After sometime of struggling for the money he slapped me and refused to return my money as well as the ticket(already i have reserved) and he was showing his power of uniform and 3 more person readched there to help him and in against of me.
    this is what i am talking about. this the case of patna jn. where staffs are misusing their prevailages. what could i do except filing a complaint against him by expecting that you administrators will help annd i will have a good judgement.

    Default Need strong action against the concerned

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I have booked a tatkal e-ticket on 16th December 2011 for journey date 17th December 2011 in POORVA EXP from New Delhi to Patna Jn. and got a confirm ticket. PNR No. is 265-8525748. Ticket allotted in S11 having seat no. 29. In the process of journey I came to know that My name is not featuring in the Chart and the ticket has been cancelled.
    Sir I have not cancelled the ticket at my end so how it happens. I request through Consumer Forum that strong actions should be taken against the IRCTC because this is a blunder of IRCTC. Think once that how a lady passenger can travel, If she know in train that her ticket has been cancelled. After talking to IRCTC websupport no. 011-39340000 I came to know that the ticket has been cancelled due to TECHNICAL REASON. Sir If such technical problem occurs with IRCTC then why IRCTC is operating such operations.
