As it is obviously known that railway schedule changes every 1st of july, n i was having my train day before yesterday[1st july 2010] narmada express[jabalpur to indore] for which i checked the time of the train through internet in d afternoon and in the evening of the same date and got the information that the train will depart from jabalpur at 11pm but due to the change in schedule train departed at 9pm and i missed my train. I have a complaint cum request that atleast update your information sites in net so that noone will get wrong information... and secondly when i went to the station next day to cancel my returning ticket[indore to jabalpur] one of the person at it ticket counter place misbehaved with me... so please hire educated and kind people in railway.... thanks..... regards....
