I am sending this mail as a complaint against IRCTC.I Rajeev saxena booked an e-ticket for NZM LINK EXP from IRCTC website, Train No:7305, date of journey :19 Nov 2010 ,schedule departure :19:35, Boarding: Bhopal, From : Bhopal, To: H Nizamuddin. PNR No:4535883717,Transaction ID :0274979550, Class :SL, Quota :Tatkal.
For This particular journey their was no such train name & no. is their from bhopal jn and IRCTC booked an e- ticket for the same. which is fraudlent activity.
I'V been their on station well before time, waisted my precious 4 hrs then finally come to know that there is no such train is there from bhopal junction. As i already wait a lot and go thru with every train's information digital display and heard all the announcement but not able to find my train so for that matter of concern I had a word with Dy. station master . Mr.Dy.station master and his staff were unable to help me and adviced me that this is not their mistake this is a mistake done by IRCTC and by me, they were unable to help me and their behaviour was very bad.As irctc providing wrong information on e-ticket bcoz the train name & no which is mention on e-ticket is not from bhopal. As i booked e- ticket from bhopal To nzm and boarding point is bhopal then IRCTC need TO give the right information related with train name & no. As per the western central railways staff the train no: which is provided to me is GOA EXP train no : 2779, but train name and no which is provided to me on my e-ticket is totally wrong bcoz my boarding point is bhopal, if the train no. is change in between the merging station then irctc need to provide right info to the consumer. bcoz of irctc fruadlent activity i skip my journey and i face a loss of million of amount as well as mental peace.
Bcoz of irctc fraudlent information my ticket was waisted, my precious time was wiasted, my journey was dumped,and my precious meeting was canceled. i was puzzeled off like anything, i was harresed physically as well as mentally. i was argued and harresed by western central railway department staff people at bhopal junction.As i already send a mail for the same to IRCTC i didn't get any resolution for the same i just get the system genrated mail only.
Now for this matter of concern i would like to logged a case against IRCTC IN CONSUMER COURT .I need to sue irctc in consumer court. i need compensation for my mental harresment as well as physical.This is such a bad exercise and experience for me which was practiced by IRCTC. I need compensation for the same
This my cordial request to cosumer forum that pls logged a case against IRCTC for the same and adviced me how to move further ahead.
