i m inderjeet malik from saharanpur.my father's name is mr. om prakash malik.he is retired from telephone exchange of mission compound in saharanpur as the post of chief senior supervisor in 2001..

subject mater : me and my 11 frnds were coming from jammutawi railway station to saharanpur after darshan of mata vaishno devi.me and my nine friends have our confirm slipper resevation in tarin number 15652 lohit express from jammutawi to saharanpur on 11/1/2012.whose ticket reservation number is

and other two frnds got genral ticket from jammutawi whose number is 00852816 of time 9:58 pm from jammutawi station
we got information from jammu railway station that our train lohit express whose right time was 10:45 pm was delayed by 7 hours and will deparcher from jammutawi at 6:30 am on 12/1/2012
i m student of c.a and my other 3 frnds are students of b.tech,cwa and b.a respectivly and remaining 8 are bussinessman.
we were in hurry to return back to saharanpur on 12/01/2012 on 8 am because me and my 3 frnds are students and we were in hurry to catch up our classes and others are bussinessman.
so we all set in genral compartment of tarin number 12356 archana express which was standing at 10:00 pm on platform on jammutawi station. we all have asked from station master of jammutawi station that can we sit in archana express.
he told us that u all have tickets so u can sit in archana as you are in problem of delayed train.
so we all sitted in archana express on 10:00 pm from jammu.
at 6:30 am on next day when we return to saharanpur station . a man whose name was praveen kumar called that he is a t.t but he did not get his name plate and he was not in dress of t.t . i.e he was without dress.he caught us and shouted all that he will sent us in jail as we are without ticket.
he said that u all are without tickets but we said that we all got reserve tickets and as well as two genral tickets.
but he did nt hear us and demanded rs.3000.. but finaly me and my 2 friends paid 945 rs. and he gave us a recipt of payment.
our 4th friend whose name was ankit jain who is student of b.tech in doon college and he lives in govind nagar saharanpur was relative of that t.t so he left him without any consideration and when we asked him that why u left him without any charge he replied he is my relative so i can do it.
then we said that it is against the law then he said don't teach me law . i better know law and whatever u can do just do that.
and he left other two friends who got genral tickets and he caught other six freinds with us.
and he demanded rs. 3000 from remaining six frnds but they paid 1500 and he did not gave them any slip.
and when we complaint about this event to station master of saharanpur on duty. he said that t.t is wrong and u all are right but i can not do anything because it is not under my authority. now what should be done.
