Respected Sir/Madam,

Today(25-09-2010) around 10:10 a:m I reached to Velachery (Chennai ) MRTS to baord a train to go to Tirumalai, I reached to ticket counter and asked for a return ticket which cost Rs. 12 only since I had no change so I gave two ten rupees notes but the booking clerk gets angry refused to give me the ticket I requested him since he had enough change with him but not ready to give me the ticket and started abusing me. I stayed there up to 10 minutes and keep requesting him to give me the ticket but he did not give me.

I felt humiliated and could not go to my destination and writing complaint instead of going to my work .
