    Default Did not get refund till now inspite of filling TDR

    Hi,

    I did not get my money refunded from irctc inspite of filling TDR on time. In the rule it is written that TDR would be refunded within 90 days but still its showing Refund under process. My PNR number is 2212475153. I called customer care many times but did not get satisfactory reply. They told me to mail it to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in. Then i mailed my problem to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in five time with reminder but did not get any positive reply till now.

    Please look into this issue.

    Hi,

    I did not get my money refunded from irctc inspite of filling TDR on time. In the rule it is written that TDR would be refunded within 90 days but still its showing Refund under process. My PNR number is 2212475153. I called customer care many times but did not get satisfactory reply. They told me to mail it to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in. Then i mailed my problem to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in five time with reminder but did not get any positive reply till now.I called on 20.06.2011 to IRCTC Customer Care ( with Mr. Karan / Ms. Suman & Ms Alka / Mr. Vivek "Sr. executive" on 21.06.2011) they provide me Northern Railway's Number 011-23365290 & 011-42622409 but any number not connecting any people when i Called this Number I found reply THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST. 1 ANOTHER NUMBER 011-23363469 ( I FOUND IN NORTHERN RAILWAY WEBSITE BUT IT IS TELEFAX. I CALLED MANY TIME ON 20.06.2011 & 21.06.2011 BUT NO BODY PICKED THE CALL. ITS GOING TO FAX AUTOMATICALLY.

    Please look into this issue. ( PLEASE SEE BELOW COMMUNICATION )
