I booked couple of tickets from irctc.co.in and when tried to cancel, I am not getting the cancel ticket option. I read the user guide and its mentioned to select the cancel option under "Booked Tickets" which should be located on the left navigational bar.

There is no left navigation bar present. I sent out the mail to the customer care but asked me to provide the pnr no.

Well I will send the PNR and lets see the response...


Why they dont correct their website???
